TUFF Camp (The Ultimate Family Fitness Camp)
Tuff Camp is our group exercise solution. Our indoor / outdoor fitness camp was designed to create a challenging yet comfortable atmosphere for those new to exercise as well as the fitness enthusiast to experience a fun and fantastic workout. Nutrition has a huge impact in every area of your life including brain function, immune system, bone health, heart health, strength, energy levels, skin, muscle to fat ratio, mental performance, organ function, moods, hormone production, and more. Advanced Personal Training will custom design a nutrition plan that is right for you. It will be constructed based on your food preferences and your health goals. We do not design “diets” or any extreme nutritional regimens. Fad diets have temporary effects and can cause more harm than good for your body. We believe in helping our clients understand the science of nutrition and providing guidelines to follow throughout your life for long-term benefits.

While supplements may be helpful for certain nutritional needs, Advanced Personal Training believes that sound eating habits are the foundation for nutritional health. Supplements are only recommended on an as-needed basis.
